IBC Mixers
IBC Mixers are a top entry type mixer with special impellers which collapse to fit through the relatively small entry hole in an IBC and are thrown out by centrifugal force when the mixer is started. Models with different impeller sizes and drive powers are available for a range of viscosities and applications. They can be driven by electric motor or pneumatic air motor. They come with a steel frame for straddling an IBC which has fork hoist pockets for lifting it in and out of the IBC. Used in a multitude of applications including food and beverage, chemicals, water treatment, wineries, surface coatings, etc.
Options are available including adjustable frame for different size IBC's or vessels, fume containment for solvent based products, raise/lower mechanisms, variable speed drives for electric models, etc.
